BPR enables you to input and record your Blood Pressure readings so that you can review trends over time and monitor progress in achieving your BP goals.Many people need to monitor their Blood Pressure over a long period of time.For example if you are on a weight loss diet aimed at helping reduce your Blood Pressure, this can take many months to complete; or if you are starting new Blood Pressure medication and want to monitor the effect over several weeks or months.This app provides a capability for inputting and storing these readings so you can look back and check your progress.
It records the date and time of the reading and the Systolic, Diastolic and pulse readings.
The app offers a 7 day free trial during which you can record your BP readings and see if you like it.
If you decide you want to continue after the free trial you just need to click the "Upgrade to Premium" button on the initial screen and follow the instructions to authorize payment via the Google Play Store.
